Why haven't the support such a little dignity?



My friend MisterGintoki from Oconne lost his account due to a bug, but the support is too uninterested to just resolve this. Why do you from support just look to us player and receive our e-mails and topics and just ignore them? It’s been almost 2 months since he lost his account, he was a frenetic player, and just stopped. Just resolve this, please :slight_smile:
