sent a request to transfer my account to a new phone today with all the stuff support asks for and almost 20 hours later not a word. I know I know if my Facebook is linked it’ll work. The problem is that I have 2 separate accounts locked into that. Started on Android and switched to Apple. It attaches now to an Apple account that my son plays on. So I’m stuck now waiting to war and nothing from support.
