What’s wrong with my game

So for about a week and a half I haven’t been able to load into the game. It keeps saying network error and content error 2. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, update, reset my phone, log in on another device and I’ve contacted customer support but I’m only getting botted responses. Can anyone help or know a way to fix this.

May be the right time to get rid of the game. If you cannot get it to run due of their ongoing failure to deliver a real game experience, then it surely makes no sense to keep trying. Otherwise it’s just an addiction in my opinion.
