Was charged twice on a purchase

The first problem is obvious in the title. The second issue is when I try to send my receipt to support, it locks the game up and I have to restart it. So @JB.Scopely, are you able to help?

I had that happen once, I had to go to the purchasing store (iOS/Android) to get the refund.

Yeah, that’s the first thing I did. They told me to contact scopley.
