Hey fellas so after a week of getting no where threw back and forth email I figured I’d try in here for help. I have my old account 9 digit code and even provided them with in game purchase receipt screenshots. BUT they keep sending me a email back before they can migrate my account they need the receipt for the game,wtf I sent them back the game is a FREE download with the option of in game purchases.
So did you or did you not provide them with your most recent purchase receipt?
And regardless if the game is free to download, downloading generates a receipt from your very first download of the game
I sent them receipts from several in game purchases and I have my old 9 digit account code
