Transfer account to a new device

Hallo…i have a question… My old phone breakout and I can’t access my account in this one…I’ve install the game but it started in the beginning…how can I resolve this?

If you connected account to facebook just log in with FB but if not you have to ask support for help.

I have facebook and I’ve tried that…but still doesn’t work…don’t know what else can I do…

If you’ve ever made an in game purchase, contact support with a screenshot of the receipt & they will (eventually) connect your device to your old account.

If no purchase has been made & it wasn’t correctly connected to FB, then it’s lost I’m afraid.

it’s in game, should be able to access it from the new game you started.
