Are you sure they are not 5*? Because at least the 1st Clyde is DEFINITELY OP for a 4*.

Still, nice job, as usual! Also, have you heard about MakeHuman program or any game of Sims franchise? Case in point: you can edit a human there as well.

Clyde: Probably a tad op. I’d knock the damage down to 275% so he’s less of a 5 star and more of a 4 star. The rush name “graze” also doesn’t make sense for something that does over three times as much damage as a direct shot and over twice as much damage as a headshot. You have to remember that hemorrhage is a death sentence in any case where the enemy team doesn’t have bleed resist or recovery. I love the design here though, although tier 4 needs something else added below the neck.

Raymond Kane: Impair for 1 turn to every enemy at that speed is super op. I’d change it to -10 ap, and impair to all tough enemies, and call it a day.

Battaglia: The design is a tad ridiculous looking here, not gonna lie. The vest, ripped jeans, red gloves, rolled sleeves, sailor hat, and glasses don’t match with each other at alland give off a bizarre vibe that’s not very walking dead. In regards to balance though… The leader skill is too powerful. that rush would only affect two trait groups, so either all ranged, tough and fast, or tough and strong. The rush is also op for 4 stars. I think bumping it up to 76 ap would still not totally solve the issue, but it would be a start. Ideally, you could bump the healing up to 60% and change the speed to 88.

Octavia: This is an… interesting design choice. I’m not exactly sure what the knee guards are gonna do for her if she refuses to wear pants, but who am I to judge? Good leader skill. The rush is too powerful though. Compare her to 4 star amy. I’d change her rush speed to 88, so its slower than amy’s, but still useful in zombie combat (since taking out a line of high level zombies is a total life saver)

Seymour: This rush is WAY too powerful. You’ve got to remember that -50% defense to all enemies is equivalent to +100% attack to all teammates. I’d change the debuff to -25% defense. Even then, it’s still a crappy-5 star rush (like donny or rocky), but it works better from a design perspective. Anything more than 25%, and you’re getting into some serious balance issues.

Bruno: I’m absolutely in love with the visual design here. The colors, the dirty hunter look, the facial hair, it all comes together to create something very post-apocalyptic, and i love it. I like the rush and specialist skill. Good job with this toon.

Hans: Nothing really stands out about this toon, but he’s well balanced, so good work.

Tina Fairbridge: another standout design. The color scheme is very eye catching, and reads “early apocalypse badass who hasn’t figured out that blending in is important yet”. The rush is very powerful. Compare it to christa, whose rush is identical but is slower and does significantly less damage. I think lowering the damage here would just make the rush kind of boring, and given that she already has indomitable (which makes her a tank, by the way), then i’d instead just increase the rush to a ridiculously high level and make her a toon that takes a long time to go off but changes the tide of the battle when she does. So I’d bump the damage up to 450% and increase the rush to 160ap. I know that changes her combat purpose pretty significantly, but I believe it would make her stand out by giving her a unique purpose.

Fiona: Great design here too, though again the knee and elbow guards are a little funny when she gives no other indications of protecting her body. That leader skill is really unique and isn’t something we have seen yet from any four stars, but I think it actually works pretty well from a balance perspective, so I applaud your work there. I like the rush too. Nice work.

Sergey: That rush is way too powerful. Bump it up to 85ap and you’ve got yourself something reasonable for a 4 star. that, or remove one of those bonuses entirely and change it to 75ap.

Trey Cofield: The design here is fun, though the band looks like a little much and I think the red could be a little more muted. His weapon is a little weak. At the minimum, add another 5% health. The rush is interesting, but a little op for a 4 star. I’d knock it down to 40 crit so that its focus is clearly in its longevity and speed and not the strength, speed, and longevity.
