So, my survivor club subscription stopped working in-game yesterday. I didnt cancel it. Google Play says it is active. I got an email receipt saying the fee was charged. Yet all benefits stopped in-game. But when I go to the offers ‘featured’ tab, it shows the Survivor club option saying ‘join now’. I would try joining again, but would likely get double charged. I sent a message to support with screenshots of receipt and active subscription in google play. Its been 31 hours since I sent the message to support and haven’t got a reply yet. Not even an acknowledgment or auto-response. Anyone else have this issue?
Why would you even subscribe? It’s terrible. What the actual hell is wrong with you? Shill
