Took money out of my account but didn’t receive what I bought…


If you do a quick search on the forums for error code 300,004 you will find a ton of threads about people having this problem. Might be able to find some useful information in some of them. But probably best idea is to contact your play store and tell them you’ve been charged for something you didn’t receive and they may be able to refund you. Contact Scopely support in game as well but they will probably make you run in circles.
