Sending screenshots to support

Is anyone else having problems? Now when I try to upload screenshots and I select my photos, there’s a white background round it all and I can’t do anything in game.

How do I fix this? I have an iphone.

I came across this to I think I phones don’t allow it anymore ask support for your reference number to carry on through email

What with the Tapjoy offers for games disappearing and now this, I think I’m going to investigate switching to googleplay. It seems that they want you to carry on with using your phone to play games.
