If I lost my account, and don’t have my code, but I know my account name, region, and have the order of a thirty day pass I did, can I recover it?
Support should be able to transfer your account onto your device, once they have established that it’s your account. Given the information you say you have, then yes, it can be recovered. Open a ticket with support and be patient - it can take weeks for this to be resolved. (I’m not saying it should take weeks, I’m saying I’ve known people where it took weeks). I’ve heard that the most direct route is to open an in-game ticket from the device you want the account transferred onto. You can also open an account from the web portal (https://scopely.com/customer-support), but then they also at some point need to figure out which device you want it transferred onto).
