Need help, Scopely employee


I move my account daily from tablet to phone, phone to tablet today I went to load 4000 coins, 50$ worth to my account as im doing that it kicks me off my account and brings up the lesser account with the switch device message in which i dont play it just happens to be there from switching purposes and it uploads the coins to the account i do not even use without giving me the option. I havent spent the coins i just want them on the right account.


Scopely employees almost never on the forums. IUGO employees are, though. I’m sorry if I sound unhelpful, but try contacting customer support. Or you could attempt to get a refund and try again.
