Lost my progress


I did a factory reset on my phone, after reinstalling the game I cannot bring back my old account, that i put several hundred hours into. Can somebody help me with this?

Please do reach out to support, from within the game itself, or via the web portal to get instructions from them on how you might be able to retrieve your account.

Within the game, it won’t allow me to reach out for anybody. Just says ‘no faq availible’. I have transactions, and all knowledge of what is on my account, so i hope i can fix this.


if you have purchase receipt and account code ,scipely support can recover your account.


U need to msg Support for this issue.Im sure they give u ur account back :blush::blush::blush:
