I lost access to my main account, after playing on my other account. Instead of log in my old account, the email of the newest account override the old one. I already tried to contact the support, but the only thing I get is some freaking robot asking for my acc code. Can somebody help me?
Unfortunately, the only team that can recover your account is the support team. If you don’t have your account code, message them back saying you don’t have a record of that. They will need more information to identify the correct account. They’ll also need a receipt from the App store/Play store to prove ownership of your account.
