So Ive been locked out of my game for almost a month now. I messaged support and they said they have to investigate. A week went by I messaged them again and they told me to be patient. So I waited even more. I finally got an automated message that said they haven’t heared from me in 7 days, so I wrote them again. The response I got was that my account is still under investigation. What can I do? If nothing has been found in a months time there must have been a mistake. Please acknowledge. Thanks
Scopley seriously need to sort out their customer service team - if this was any other company it would be dealt with within days, not weeks or months…
