In game support


I have to ask - why is it we are told to contact in game support? I have never once seen or heard of anyone getting anything valuable from them… I asked this week what happened to the ultra rare gear map when the elite popped up again. The response I got was all roadmaps are subject to change without notice… Um you put out the schedule to players on their home screen. A normal answer would have been thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are working to put the correct map up. Not even worth our time…




They’ve done decent things in the past. Though they really need to get better support. They don’t seem very supporting when I have a problem.
