I made a in app purchase and it just took my money then restarted the game and didn’t give me what I purchased I would like to be given what I purchased please
Unfortunately, there’s no much that can be done in the forums here. Your best bet is to open an in-game support ticket (or you can open a support ticket via their web portal at https://scopely.com/customer-support)
Support will either be able to find the purchase and verify what happened to the items or they may tell you that they were unable to find the purchase. Be aware that any refund request via Google/Apple/Amazon will be much easier if initiated within 48 hours of purchase.
