Two weeks have passed since I couldn’t log in. I’ve charged over $10,000 and customer support doesn’t do anything. Can’t I play this game again?
There is no one here who can help you with this issue. You have to continue to write emails to their customer support.
Next time you decide to spend so much money in a mobile game make sure you read the game’s Terms of Service. Means it doesn’t matter how much you’ve spent, none of the pixels you bought belong to you. Also, they don’t need to help you getting your account back if they decide so.
Lucky you. This game is going nuts; milking players… that’s all. Fun is gone
Even though I know this is reality for some whales, seeing the amount written on paper is still shocking every time.
