I find searching this forum for your question much better than using the in-game help. If the search provides no joy then make a new post.
Customer support thru scopely is the absolute best desicion to do those people have a 5 star rating in taking a shit on your problems.
What you need to do is set your device language to ENGLISH.
This is just another F UP that is KNOWN by scopely but they are too busy creating promos and eating pancakes instead of actually fixing REAL issues.
Try it, it will work.
