Got new phone but account access lost

Got new phone 3 weeks ago but forgotten that I haven’t linked game with Facebook on my old phone. Contacted support after installing game on new phone and in order to get my account back support asked for all the necessary screenshots (account code, etc…) which I sent them. Not long after that support responded that they need further proof that account is mine. I’m f2p player and now it’s been more then 3 weeks and still no progress with my account. What am I supposed do to?

When u originally downloaded the game on ur old phone, even though the game is FREE is still generates a receipt sent to ur play store email. Find and send that
