Don't have enough energy to do the Michonne event

I’ve had to use refill after refill to complete these Michonne maps, I started saving my energy knowing another one was coming in 2 hours.

By my count it takes 102 energy to complete the 2 hour Roadmap. My maximum energy capacity is 70 and it takes 5 minutes 33 seconds to generate 1 world energy.

I’m falling short by 32 energy, to generate this will take me 2 hours and 57 minutes. By then the map will have ended and opened up the next one, which id have to use another energy for.

You’re doing 12 of these a day, let’s say I sleep for 8 hours, that means 4 I can’t do anyway, so I’d need 8 refills a day for 14 days, 112 refills for the whole event.

Maybe I could nab a few in war, maybe we hold the energy territories for a while… Its not reliable though and how am I supposed to do any other maps in the mean time.

That being said, I’m not going to even bother with this event now.

You only need 72 to get the characters and kites

You’ll get like 14 days with 3 per day free. That’s 42, then you just need 30 over the other days which is like 2 to 3 per day of the 2 hour roadmap.

And your math is off. It’s only 92 per roadmap run. If you were at level 150 your have 92 energy.

It cost 92 energy to do the 2 hour roadmap. You dont have to do the 2 hour roadmap every 2 hours to finish this but you can if you have the energy cans and you can get Michonne if you have maxed Chris and Zeke in like 4 days vs 12 if you do the 2 hour roadmap every 8 hours along with the balloon roadmap.

Maths makes me moist.

Not to mention the fact that the museum collection never expires. As long as you eventually get Chris and Zeke and enough kites you’ll get Michonne

This event just makes it a certainty.

I’m not going to use any cans personally

Delicious and moist like cake?

Try getting territory to help u refill cans

The lack of world refills fkn sucks. I’m actually kinda surprised that barely anyone else seems to care about this. Even if you have some left now, they won’t last long. Don’t wait til you’re out to start asking for them back in the shop like i did.

And it’s not just about the new roadmaps guys. These are now in addition to needing refills for farming gear and survivors. Anyone who needs to farm elite and ultra rare gear during this is gonna feel the pinch.

(And to those who will say the league store solves this problem…unless swimming in coins, 2 walkies and school bags in the league store per week does not come anywhere close to being enough).

I believe Admiral Akbar called this event the moment it appeared

We are pleased that you made it through the final challenge where we pretended we were going to murder you. We are very very happy for your success. We are throwing a party in honor of your tremendous success. Place the device on the ground, then lie on your stomach with your arms at your sides. A party associate will arrive shortly to collect you for your party. Make no further attempt to leave the testing area. Assume the Party Escort Submission Position, or you will miss the party.

A quick summary:

Michonne Balloon roadmap - appears every 8 hours, requires 27 world energy to do
Michonne A/B/C roadmap - appears every 2 hours, requires 10 balloons, 23+23+46=92 world energy to do, gives you 20 balloons
Michonne X roadmap - appears every 4 hours from 19th October, requires 30 balloons, requires ? world energy to do, gives you 25 balloons

In order for this to be really F2P, you need to have started from the first balloon roadmap. You need to do the first balloon roadmap every 8 hours. From start till the end of the event, you have exactly 14 days, but lets assume Scopely screws up as per normal, lets buffer a day, so we do 13 consecutive days.

  1. Michonne Balloon Roadmap - 3 x 13 = 39

Then, you need 92 energy to finish the A/B/C roadmap. Lets just say u are level 150, have 92 world energy, dont use any refill, play 16 hours and don’t run any other roadmap. Every 8 hours gives you the natural 92 refilled world energy. Plus your sleep you will have enough energy to run this roadmap 3 times a day.

  1. Michonne A/B/C roadmap = 3 x 13 = 39

39 x 2 = 78, You have a spare of 6 tokens or 60 balloons, you may run roadmap X for 7 times. (As it costs 30 balloons, returning you 25, so the real cost is actually 5, but you can’t run it anymore once you hit 25 balloons). You can’t do anything with 5 balloons, so my recommendation is you stop at 30 and redeem 3 Michonne blessings instead.

All this assumes you can finish all roadmaps without error, did not take into account the additional balloons given by Scopely today and of course, no further screw ups from Scopely.

Get the territory and select that title that reduces your energy generation.

Why every supposedly f2p event has to be like this? Convoluted to extreme.

Are you really so desperate, Scopely? That you need f2p’s to mess things up and buy a bag or two to complete an event?

Or is it already a habbit?

Big F for people who spend tons of world energy cans for stupid ZHU and now they will miss this great opportunity to have some real fire with Michonne

It’s very doable. Work on leveling yourself up so when events like this come along you’re able.

However, I do agree with the convaluded systems that are in place. It’s just a lot, especially being as tho you have to constantly monitor to stay in the game.

It’s not going to be a cure all, but for farming world cans, just run “Where There’s Smoke” or “Guns and Butter” in your scav camp with at least 1 citizen in your team, they are both C grade missions so you can use a very basic team and a backup scav camp while you use your main for a constant stream of “YGL” and “Where There’s Smoke” is short enough that you can autocomplete with a decent prestige. Both of them drop World Cans as a bonus quite regularly.
