Did not receive reward

I completed an offer for coins but never received them this us the second time this had happened

Tapjoy is well known for defrauding people. The issue has been raised with Scopely, and their policy can most readily be described as “silent consent” regarding tapjoys practices.

Start a case after a reasonable amount of time and just forget about it. There is a chance that months after the fact, they may review your case and pay out, but don’t hold your breath.

Contact them via email, that’s the only way they notice

How do I reach them on email

Contact them through their ingame report option, you will receive an auto response email from them nearly instantly, you will then need to provide proof you completed the offer. If you have no proof, save time, move on, you wont get anything out of trying
