Collateral Damage II

Is Collateral Damage II working as it should, because it is not how it reads. It reads:

When this character performs a critical attack on an enemy, they will deal splash damage (a 100% damage attack) to up to three adjacent enemies.

When Bryan uses his rush, he can hit for like 1,000+ on a green, but an adjacent green will only get hit for 100 or so. Should these numbers be the same?

If rushes are different, it always just seems the a critical hit will affect the primary target far more than the collateral damage splash damage toons. Should these be the same?

100% damage is a full regular attack, not a critical attack

Yeah no.

Tends to disappoint as multipliers don’t travel… But if they did a team of konrads would be insane.
