Gameplay Walkthrough

Ryker is a double attack Alert Damage Dealer that has the potential to quickly and effectively kill enemies, while also providing opportunities for his own Damage dealing teammates:

Rush

Ryker’s Rush enables Ryker to attack twice, dealing 750% damage to a single enemy. Additionally, he provides himself and one other teammate +120% Attack bonus, which decreases by 60% each turn for 2 turns. This gives Ryker and 1 teammate the potential to burst down an enemy, even after Ryker has used his Rush. A simple but powerful combination that can quickly swing combat in your favor.

Active

Since being able to recover or heal back damage dealt by Ryker can prove to be problematic, Ryker comes with an active skill that allows him to Stun an enemy for 1 turn and also apply a 50% Healing Reduction for 2 turns. You can leverage this active to either help take down a specific enemy, or use it to control another enemy to prevent aggressive counterplay.

Specialist Skill

Execution can be a quick and powerful way to take down an enemy. Since Ryker performs a double attack via his Rush and Weapon, he can more consistently trigger Execution as a result of putting an enemy under the 20% threshold with the first attack, and causing Execution to trigger on the following attacks. Leverage this Specialist skill to take down enemy characters that can Revive or who are higher threats to help prevent the enemy team from being able to slow down Ryker’s assault.

Special Weapon

Ryker’s weapon comes with the chance to double attack at 200%. This provides Ryker the opportunity to trigger additional attacks, which synergizes with Execution.

Ryker is overall a strong Alert Damage character who leverages multi-attacks to not only deal a substantial amount of damage, but also help trigger Execution. His Active Skill helps him single out his targets and take them down with little resistance. Teaming Ryker up with other Execution or Decapitate characters can synergize well together when used effectively.

[6 Star] Synergistic Characters

Leaders

Alert Erika - A solid leader that provides defenses and healing capabilities to the team. Erika is great for covering for Ryker’s weaker defenses or keeping Ryker alive so he can continue his onslaught.

Tough Andrea - As a Ranged Attack Team leader, Andrea is a great choice, since she provides bonus AP to ranged members when attacking, along with a +40% Attack bonus. This helps Ryker get his Rush off more quickly, as well as amplifying his kill potential.

Specialists

Tough Morgan - Morgan and Ryker have the ability to play off each other, with each trying to get the killing blow. The pairing allows more flexibility in tactical decisions, with Morgan potentially being able to set up Ryker for a kill and vice versa. Each provide an Attack buff on their Rush as well, so there is potential for each to continue providing higher buffs as Ryker’s buff decreases.

Alert Lori - Lori is a great all-round Support character who can have a huge influence in Ryker’s capabilities. Her Rush can provide both Attack and Defense boosts, which can help sustain Ryker’s overall damage while waiting for his Rush to come online (giving a stronger Attack boost). Lori’s Active Skill also has a chance to give Ryker Focus for 2 turns, allowing Ryker to single out more protected enemies.

Tough Negan - Similar to Morgan, Negan can synergize with Ryker by leveraging each other’s damage and effects to help ensure an Execution trigger. Additionally, Negan’s Active Skill can stun an enemy for 2 turns, allowing for Negan and Ryker to potentially chain stun an enemy, allowing for more kill opportunities.

[6 Star] Team Compositions

Here are a few example Ryker teams to get your creativity flowing:

#3

Guessing this is another character that will land in premier. What a shocker.

#4

85 AP no thanks He looks like shit

#5

No reason to pull for a new toon when there is a serious gear shortage. Nice try though

#6

He’s shit.

  1. 85AP
  2. Handful of other ranged heavy damage dealers that make quicker work than him

#7

 Looks like Leonardo DiCaprio’s detective twin brother, aside from his portrait! Also, why on Earth is Glenn on that last team?

#8

Red yellow build.

Not sure if it’d do much on offense… Would be slow and painful to use no matter how much I love Wayland and Glenn.

If on defense. They’d fold too quick to even get a guardian up.

#9

Hold on. Could this mean that Bryan won’t be a premier and actually be an F2P character

#10

That made me laugh.

More likely storyline milking like princess was. So after they complete the arc we’ll see him (in all likelihood).

Side note… Hope this doesn’t mean vehicles are in bound… I remember a survey a long time ago asking about vehicles for team bonuses or something… Nah… Don’t need more stats on stats on stats multipliers

#11

Damn if only his race car was Bryan’s special weapon

#12

I mean he answer the question…

Did any race car drivers survive the zombie apocalypse?..

And now we know hit man wannabe’s survived as well.

#13

Maybe Ryker is actually Hitman. Could be wearing a disguise

#14

Maybe Hitman an went as a car driver for Halloween?

#15

Don’t know why y’all are talking about hitmen, Rykes here is obviously some sort of private investigator!

Key detail: Glasses

#17

Plaid pants… Just saying.

Dudes straight from the mafia.

#18

Wonder if he’s the newest Scopely employee hired to keep people quiet about their wrongdoings and scams.

#19

Would’ve been better if he had a more spyish stance

#20

Make a Wrestling Superstar next. The SPOCK or something
