Effect: All teammates get +75% Attack for 3 turns, Focus for 2 turns, and recover from Impair. Revive 1 teammate with 50% of their max HP.

Effect: Up to 3 teammates regain +35% of their max HP. This character gains +35% AP.
Traits: Alert + Strong
Effect: All Alert and Strong teammates get +40% Attack and a huge bonus to AP when attacking.
3rd Slot Effect: When attacking, a better chance to Impair the enemy for 3 turns.
Alice is the first 6 star leader that provides Alert and Strong teammates +40% ATK and a huge bonus to AP when attacking. This makes Alice a powerful Attack Team Leader that is great for creating teams that effectively dismantle Melee Defense Teams. Combined with her Rush, Alice enables for Stun-heavy [weapon] teams to really take control of the battle quickly:
Alice’s Rush effectively lets her team aggressively take control of combat by amplifying her team’s damage output and providing them the ability to take down any enemy they desire. Specifically, her Rush provides a massive Attack boost to her team, as well as Focus and recovery from Impair (ensuring her team can Rush right away). Her Rush also revives a teammate to 50% of their max HP (same as Erika), keeping her team going as the battle progresses.
This active helps bring in more of the traditional medic healing aspect, giving +35% healing to the entire team, as well as generating AP to keep progress towards activating her Rush. This active allows her to keep her team alive, even when she is Impaired, or if her team is in a pinch and needs that emergency heal.
Alert + Strong team compositions historically haven’t be strong presence in TWD:RTS, but Alice’s Leader Skill (and Rush) provides the right kind of buffs to her team that makes Alert and Strong attacking characters incredibly powerful and a force to be reckoned with. A must have leader skill for any Survivor who is looking to have a clear and immediate advantage against melee defense teams.
This Impair weapon effect allows Alice to control her enemies more directly when she is attacking, potentially preventing a critical revive Rush from going off at a crucial moment, and allowing her team to swing the battle in their favor before the enemy can react. Alternatively, if you are encountering more aggressive defense teams, you could re-craft this effect to the traditional Stun when attacked weapon effect.
