Yes and they are asking if I make any game in purchase I did not make any in-game purchase I link my account to Facebook and it went to the old account
Unfortunately, they don’t help recover accounts unless you’ve made a purchase . There’s not much we can do on the forums to help.
All I can tell you is if you know what phone you used when you first linked your account your account should been transferred to that phone
