Any Scopely staff that can help with restoring account?

I had to reset my iphone due to a network issue and in so, I lost my RTS account that I have been using for years.
I did remember to write down everything about my account in case this happened so is there an employee that I can prove to that it’s my account?
I don’t remember what Facebook account I used.

I find support are actually quite good with this. You’ll need your account number, the account number that is on your phone now. Level, region and name from main account and a screenshot of a purchase. This happened to me last week and to be fair, support got my account back within 8 hours (reports just before bed and was working when I woke up).
